Is there a lock-in contract?

No. Subscriptions are month to month. Solo is A$14.99/month; Duo, Quad, and Octa are listed on the subscription plans page. Cancel anytime in the XemTrack App at app.xemtrack.com.au.

Do I need a separate SIM plan?

No. Compatible XemTrack devices include Telstra SIM and data.

Do I have to buy credits?

You receive 500 credits monthly. Top up only if you exceed that for SMS or heavy AI use.

Can I combine subscription plans?

Yes. Solo, Duo, Quad, and Octa limits add together — for example Solo + Quad for five vehicles.

Where is my data stored?

In Australia, under Australian law.
