Payment successful. You are in the right place.

Payhip is the online shop — not XemTrack

Checkout uses Payhip (our online shop). You may be asked to sign in to Payhip during checkout.

That is a Payhip / shop login only. It is not your XemTrack App account. You will receive XemTrack account details in a welcome email when your account is ready.

You do not sign in to Payhip to manage your subscription. Plans, billing, and account changes are handled in the XemTrack App.

Use the same email for purchases and the XemTrack App so everything stays linked.

What happens next

You bought a device

Orders usually take about 1 day to process. After that you receive a welcome email with your XemTrack account details (when your account is set up).

You bought a subscription

  • New to XemTrack — your account is created shortly after payment. Check your inbox for the welcome email, open Set up your password, then sign in at app.xemtrack.com.au.
  • Already have a XemTrack account (same email) — the subscription is linked to that account automatically. Sign in as usual.
