Create your password (first time)

When your account is created (usually when you subscribe), XemTrack sends a welcome email to your purchase address. That email includes a one-time Set up your password link — not a temporary password.

1. Open the welcome email and tap or click Set up your password.
2. Choose a password you will remember, then confirm it.
3. You are redirected to the XemTrack app when setup finishes.

Sign in

1. Open app.xemtrack.com.au in your web browser (on your phone, tablet, or computer).
2. Tap or click Sign in.
3. Enter the same email address you used when you purchased your devices and subscribed.
4. Enter the password you just created.

After sign-in

• If you already have an active subscription, you will see the main dashboard.
• If the app asks you to subscribe, open Subscribe to a plan, complete checkout with the same email, then return and tap Check Again.
