When your parcel arrives, open it and check you have everything before you install anything.

What is in the box

Each XemTrack device shipment typically includes:

• The GPS tracker itself.
• A SIM card (for devices that use mobile data). The SIM is already set up for XemTrack — you do not need to buy a separate data plan.
• A quick-start sheet with fitting instructions for your device model.

Before you install

You do not need to sign in to the app yet, but it helps to have your order email address handy — you will use it when you sign in later.
