Map controls

Toolbar actions on the live map.

Common controls:

• Add map layer — open the layer library and configure a historical or utility layer.
• Reset map to live device positions — clear layer focus and return to current live view.
• Map layers bar — see active layers and remove any you no longer need.
• Expand / minimise map — use full screen on smaller displays when needed.
